The following features apply to all Petrol and Diesel engine driven models. These units are built for
reliability, everyday use and reduced maintenance.
- Pumps are all top quality units made by leading manufacturers, they
are not "the cheapest ones on the market"
- Triplex plunger pump with ceramic pistons. All 'wettable' parts are made of non-corrosive materials, such as
Brass, Stainless Steel, Ceramics and Nylon
- Pumps are all driven by direct drive, no belts to slip or break
- Pumps are fitted with two water filters, one in-line and one at the
end of the suction hose. These are to protect the pump from being damaged
by water-borne particles and dirt
- All units are fitted with a 'live' hosereel, containing 40M (130 feet) of
High Pressure Hose. I know from my own experience that the usual 10M is too short for most jobs
- Pressure control is fully adjustable up to a pre-set maximum
- An external by-pass is fitted to the pump to stop heat build up caused
by water being re-circulated within the pump, this increases the life
of the seals, therefore keeping maintenance costs down
- All units are mounted on a heavy duty trolley
- The suction hoses are proper 'suction' hoses, not cheap braided hose
- All machines are supplied with a water break tank, which is uswd to supply the machine.
This tank is fitted with a Ball Cock to allow for automatic filling on demand. It is also fitted
with the hoses that connect to the machine; these hoses are fitted with quick-release couplings
that no do not require spanners
- None of the machines have been designed to be used at their limits, as this only shortens
the life of the machine, thus increasing your costs. The machines are designed and built to do a job, day
after day after day
- High pressure hoses on our example machines have a rated working pressure of 275 Bar (4000 PSI) and a
busting pressure of 1100 Bar (15950 PSI)
